 Each month a different top chef from a different country arrives in Salzburg to present his or her menu. The guest chef will take over the kitchens at Restaurant Ikarus in Hangar7. “Culinary Heights at Ikarus” will take you on a culinary journey of food, visiting chefs in their home environment where they will demonstrate how their native country influences their style of cuisine.
